This is a group for survivors of trauma. The aim is to improve your quality of life by reducing the symptoms of trauma. A key focus of the group is to identify what trauma is and understand the impacts on the mind, body and relationships. This group doesn't replace trauma treatment but can provide a safe and supportive group environment to break down shame, isolation and self-loathing. This is for anyone who is currently past any acute crises stage of trauma and is currently safe.
